RELATIVE TO TIRE =TERMINATION OF RODENTS'. * * * WHEREAS, officials of the S.E.R.A., cooperating with the Health Depart- ment, have requested e renewal of the authority heretofore given for entering on private property in the work of exterminating rodents, now, therefore, he it RESOLVED, by the Council el' the City of Alameda, that officials' and employees of the Health Department of the City be, and they are hereby, authorized and empowered to enter upon private property for the purpose of sett- ing rat traps and poison, and to such otter meeoures as they may doom necess- ary in the work of exterminating rodents.
