A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING na MAYON TO FILE AN APPLICATION
TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH TEE FEDERAL EMT,,R,
GENCY ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A GRANT TO AID
IN FINANCING TIE CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPALLY OWNED AND
OPERATED AQUATIC PAM{ AND YACHT HARBOR, AND DESIGNATING
LOCHIEL M. KING AS CONSULTING ENGINEER THEREOF TO FURNISH
SUCH INFORtATION AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council. cf the City of Alameda.:
Section 1. That Hans 7. Roebke, Mayer of the City of Alameda, be, and he is
hereby authorized to execute and file an application, on behalf of the City of
Alameda, to the United States of America for a grant to aid in financing the con-
struction of a municipally owned and operated aquatic park and yacht harbor in
and for said city.
Section 2. That Lochiel M. King, the consulting engineer employed for that
purpose, be and he ia hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information
as the United States of America, through the Federal Emergency Administration of
Public Works may reasonably request in connection with tha application which is
herein authorized to he filed.

I, the undersighed, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of September, 1935, by the following
vote; to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
NUS: Councilmen Enehen and Morris, (2).
ABSENT: None.
