ADOPTING BUDGET FOR Ti E FISCAL YEAR COME-L5017M JULY 1, 1935
AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1930.
PZEOLVED that the budget based on department estikiates and subsequent est-
imates of the. City 2anager for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1035 and end-
ing Juno 30, 1936 be, and the same is hereby, adopted as a basis for determining
the rate of city taxes to be levied and collected upon property assessed for tax-
ation for said fiscal year.
I, the undefsigned, hereby Certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by tha Council of the City of A1E1E:eft: in special
meeting assembled on the 12th day of September, 1935, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
NOESE Councilmen Eschen and Norris, (2).
ARGENT: None.
