WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3, Chapter 710, Statutes of
1935, the City Treasurer has requested consent of tho Oounoil to the amounts of
public money he has determined should be deposited in banks, as active and inactive
deposits, respectively, pursuant to the further provisions of said Section 3, and
the Council having considered the same, now, therefore, be it
REJOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby gives its consent to
the deposit of public money in accordance with the request of the City Treasurer.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of September, 1935, by the following vote, to
wit:
AlES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
NOES: None.
BSENT: Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, 1 have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal
