=FINDING THANKS TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE courrr or

NESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, speaking for and in the name
of the people of said city, that the thanks of said City Council be, and the same
are hereby, extended to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda for its
action in endorsing Alameda's application to the Federal Emergency Administration
of Public Works for e grant of more than one million dollars to assist in
financing a. sub-scueous tunnel and railway connection to the tramsbay bridge.
RESOLTPD, that this renolution be spread in full on the minutes in the
R6COrd Book of the City Council of the City of Alameda, and a copy thereof for-
warded to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda, and to the public
press.
