EMPLOYING LOCHIEL M. NINO, TO PREPARE PRELIMINARY PLANS
AND FETIMAIES FOR A LUNICIPAL AWATIC LARK AND YACHT
HARBOR,
WEEPAlka, the Council heretofore authorized and ddreeted an application
to be made with the Federal Ehergoncy Administration of Public 'Works for funds
vita which to build an. aquatic park and yacht harbor, which application has not
vet been granted; and,
7NERFAC, we are now informed that such an application ray be received
with greater favor if made to the WENS' PROGRESS ADMIEISTATION, the same as has
been done by one of our sister cities; nor, therefore, he it
RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Attorney be, and they are hereby,
instructed to make application to the Works Progress Admindstration for financial
assistance to aid in the constraction of such a project.
r00 1D further that Lochiel Ling be, and he is hereby, employed
as Ccnsuiting Engineer to prepare the necessary preliminary plans and ectimates
for the project, and cooperate with the officials mentioned in 'presenting the
required data to the Federal Authorities.
RESOLVED, that the compensation. of said Pool:lel M. 10100 for his
services, ac aforementioned, be three hundred and fifty dollars (V300.) for said
10rrirary plans and estimates.

in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of October, 1235, by the following
