WHEJR2263, on March 15, 1935, the Board of Public Utilities transferred,
as a dividshi from the Electric Light Fund, the cum of uo0C .00 ts defray the
cost of installing street lights. on Webster Street, aaid transfor being made on
too understanding that the City Council would return to the Electric Light
Fund any belende remaining after the conydetion of said work; end,

street lighting system has been completed at a coat of (N057.28, lea-vino a balance
remaining out of said dividend of f9442.02: now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that said sum 0 `iide2.02
be, and the same is hereby, transferred back to the Electric Light Fund, and the
Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to rocord said transfer
on their respective. books.
