WHEREAS, oil March 15, 1935, the Board of Public Utilities contributed
46057.93 to pay for the cost of installing street lights on Webster Street, which
sum was deposited in Miscellaneous General Account Bo. 00 -c and,
WHEREAS, said sum should be re-trz,nsfeTred to the account next herein
specified; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said sum of 48057.98 be re-transferred from said
Miscellaneous General Account 70-c to Street Departhent Account 122-H.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing 3133 was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled an the 15th day of October, 1935, by the following
vote, to wit:

NOBS: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen schen and Morris, (2).
