ESTABLISHING L LIBRARY COT SBUCTION ACCOUNT
RESOLVED, by the Council cf the City of Alameda that a new account,
to be knovm as the Library Construction Account, be and the s is hereby
established as provided by Paragraph 9, General Conditions 1, of the Federal
Emergency administration of Public Works, For 179, published. July 22, 1935,
for financing the construction of the Branch Library.
BE IT OtTRTINBR REOCLVED that all monies received by the City of aaameda
as a grant, or grunts, from the Federal Emergency Administration of Publib Works,
and all monies received as a dividend from the Board of Public Utilities of the
City of Alameda, for the construction of the Branch Library, be deposited in
said account.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regulsTly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in special meeting assembled or the 21st day of October, 1935, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Cow:oilmen Broylos, Eschen, Morris, Munro and President Roebke,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
