AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DOCIIIRTNES MTN DEBARMENT OF IPABLIC
WORKS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
RESOLVED, by the Ceuncil of tbe City of Alameda, that the Mayor of the
City of Alameda be and te is hereby, authorized and empowered to execute in duplicete,
and the Clerk of said City be, and te is hereby, authorized to attest the execution or
all documents to be Jointly executed by the City of Alsxleda and the Department of
Public Works, State of California, to provide for the expenditure of tine Clty's share
of the 1/4 cent gas tex allocation.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Ccuncil. of the City of Alameda in regular
