TRANSFERRING 43967.00 FROM SUE GENERAL RUNS TO ERE LIBRARY
COG:STEM:TICE BUYS.
RESOLVED, that the stir of 4396/.00, can ributed from the Board of Public Utilities
to the General Fund for the punpoce of eidiag in constructing the proposed branch public
library building, be nnd the same is hereby ordered transferred from the General Fund
to the Library Construction Fund, and the Auditor and Treasurer be, and they are hereby
directed to mnke the necessary transfers on their respective books; and be it further
RESOLVED, that any unexpended balance of said Emir remaining efter the censtruction
of said library building be returned to the Bureau of Electricity.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by' the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meet-
ing assembled on the 'it b day of January, 136, by the following vote, to wit:
