Resolution 02044RESOLUTION NO. 2044 IN RE PREiTIT FOR CIRCIIS WHEREAS, P.M. ERENSON, residing at the St. Marks Hotel, Oakland, has made application for permiosion to erect and maintain the Tom Mix Circus on the northeast corner of Versailles Avenue and Fernside Boulevard, for a period Of two days, to wit, April 14 and 15, 1936, which circus is to be conducted in a large canvas circus tent; and WHERE&S, it 'nay be construed that under the provisions of Article III, Chapter V of the Municipal Code, that a permit is necessary from the City Couneil; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that permission to ereot and maintain such a tent to conduct a circus therein for the two days aforementioned be, and the same is hereby, granted, provided the regular license fee is paid there- for. 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the GOA:nail of he City of Alameda in reoilmr meeting assembled on the ?th day of April, 1936, by the following vote, to wit: (5).
