RESOLVED by the Council of t City of Alarieda that the City Attorney
be, und be is hereby authorized tr employ Attorney Engore Rolani to assist him
in litigation necessary for straightening out the title of the property heaeto-
fore known as the California Girls Training No-Ee, at a cortroansation of Sfi50.00.
