Resolution 02057RESOLUTION NO. 2057 AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY AND HIS ASSISTANT FRANK W. CSEELY TO PETITION THE SUPREME COURT IN RE TIIDEN V. BLOOD. RESOLVED, that the City Attorney and his assistant, Frank W. Creely, be, and they are hereby, authorized and instructed to file a petition for hearing in the Supreme Court of the State of California, in the case of Tilden v. Blood. * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 9th day of June, 1936, by the follow- ing vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
