RE AGREEKaiT WITH THE SEA SCOUTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the city enter into an
agreement with the Boy Scouts of America for joint use of a motor boat by the
city and the Sea Scouts, in accordance with the terms and conditions proposed,
and that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to sign such agreement for
and in behalf of the city, and the City Clerk to attest the same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of July, 1936, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris, Munro and President
Roebke, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
