Resolution 02071RESOLUTION NO. 2071 GRANTING FORMER CITY MANAGER FRITZ VACATION PAY WHEREAS, the former City Manager, B. Ray Fritz, whose employment was recently terminated by the Council, worked over 14 months without a vacation; and, WHEREAS, under the provisions of Sec. 2-543 of the Municipal Code, the Council may, in its discretion, pay him for the vacation period to which he was entitled; and, WHEREAS, it has been the invariable practice heretofore to grant pay for a vacation period under such circumstances; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that former City Manager B. Ray Fritz, be, and he is hereby granted pay for the va- cation period to which he was entitled. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Re- solution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of July, 1936, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris, Munro and President Roebke, (5).
