Resolution 02076RESOLUTION NO. 2076 ACCEPTING BRANCH LIBRARY BUILDING WHEREAS, Carl Werner, the architect employed on the construction of the branch public library building at the southwest corner of Eighth Street and Santa Clara Avenue, in the City of Alameda, has filed with the Council his certificate of acceptance, certifying that Villadsen Brothers, Incorporated, General Contractors for said building, have completed the work on said building to the satisfaction of said architect, and recommending that said work be accepted; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the Gity of Alameda that said branch public library building be, and the same is hereby accepted. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the 26th day of August, 1936, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris and President Roebke, (4). NOES: None. ABSENT: Councilman Munro, (1). IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of said City this 26th day of August, 1936.
