TRANSFERRING ALL SURPLUS MONEYS TO THE GENERAL FUND
RESOLVED, that under the provisions of Section 24, Chapter 3, Article
4 of the Charter, the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer all surplus
moneys to the General Fund, except such surplus moneys as may be in the several
interest and sinking funds and in suoh other funds the disposition of said surplus
moneys is otherwise provided for; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer from
the Library Fund to the General Fund the sum of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty.
nine and 45/100 Dollars (”869.45), and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer from
the Initiative Relief Fund to the General Fund, the sum of One Thousand. Nine Hundred
Forty–eight and 37/100 Dollars ($1948.37); and the Auditor and the Treasurer are
hereby authorized to make said transfers upon their respective books as of June
30, 1936.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting on the 1st day of September, 1936, by the following vote,
to wit:

NOES: None. ABSENT: None.
