RESOLUTION FIXING. COMPENSATION OF ELECTION OFFICERS
WHO SERVED AS SUCH AT TIFE SFECIAL MUN7CIPAL ELECTION
HELD ON AUGUST 25, 1936.
WHEREAS, the City Council the City of Alamed
etofore call a
special municipal election to be held on August 25, 1936 for the purpose cf submitting
to the qualified electors of such city certain proposals for amending the Charter of
the City of elemede; and
WHEREAS, election officers for each precinct in the City' of Alameda were
prior to said election duly appointed, consisting of one. inspector, two judges and
three clerks; and
WHEREAS, said election officers duly served and. performed their duties as
such in said election.;
RESOLVED, that the sum of two dollars be, and the. same hereby fixed as the
compensation to be paid to each of the said election officers for conducting said
special election, provided that the additional sum of one daollar shall be paid to each
of said officers who delivered the returns of said election to the City Clerk.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of September, 1936, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, Morris, Weichhart and Acting President Eschen,
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
