Resolution 02100RESOLUTION NO. 2100 CONSENTING TO THE DEPOSIT OF PUBLIC YONEY IN BANNS_ WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3, Chapter 710, Statutes of 1935, and upon written communication dated September 11, 1935, the City Treasurer of the City of Alameda has requested consent of the Council to the amounts of public money he has determined should be deposited in banks, as active and inactive deposits, respectively, pursuant to the further provisions of said soption 3, and the Council, having considered said request, NON THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF ALAE), that the Council of the City or Alameda hereby gives its consent to the deposit of public money in banks as active and inactive deposits, in the several amounts respectively as set forth in the faresaid written communication:. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourn- ed regular meeting assembled on. the 15th day of September, 1936, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, Morris, Weichhart and President Esohen, (4).
