AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS WITH DEPARTHENT CF
PUBLIC WORKS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
RELNETED, by the Council of ti City of Alamed. that the Mayor of
the City cf Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to execute
in. duplicate, and the City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized
to attest the execution cf, all documents to be jointly executed by the City of
Alameda and the Department of Public Works, State of California, to provide for
the expenditure of the City's share of the 1/4 cent as tax allocation.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution as
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the -Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 24th day of September, 1935, by the
following vote, to nit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Morris, Weichhart and President
Escheat, (5).
NOES; None,
ABSENT: None.
