INTENTTEN TO CHANCE ZONE o COUZCIINS Old MOTION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Cat: of Alameda, that 5t is the ferrtention
of said Cpunoil, an its own motion and without a petition. therefor, to initiate
proceedings for changing and reclassifying the property siteete in the City of
lamede, and described as follows:
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of laud situate in
the Caty of Alameda beginning at the point of intersection
of the northeasterly line of Central Avenue with the south-
easterly line of Union Street as said avenue and street
are shown on the map hereinafter referred to, running thence
southeasterly along said line of Central Avenue NC feet,
thence Northeasterly parallel to said line of Unien Street
90 feet, thence northwesterly parallel to said line of
Central Avenue 100 feet to a point on the soetheasterly
line of Union Street, thence southeasterly along said line
of Union. Street, 50 feet, to a point of besinnlns, being
a portion of Block 3 as said block lo delineated aad so
designated en tit certain nap entitled "Plat of Stewart
Tract, Alameda,"7 recorded September 16, 18E9, in Libor 1
of taps at pages 196/197 in the office of the County Recorder
of sold County of Alameda, State of California,
from a Busines5 District, Class V, to a Residential District, Class 11, and the
Clerk is directed. to root notices of heerieg thereon before the City Flaming Com-
mission, es required by Ordinance No. 370, New Series, as amended.

in adjourned regular meeting assembled or the 6th day of October, 1935, by the
