APPOINTING BERT d MORRIS ON BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
ALAMEDA AIRPORT, INC.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Councilman Bert
W. Morris be, and he is hereby appointed as a director to serve on the Board of
Directors of Alameda Airport, Inc., a corporation, in the place of Charles W.
Broyles, resigned.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of October, 1936, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Morris, Weichhart and President Eschen, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Carrington and Godfrey, (2).
