ACCEPTING IMTROVEMENT OF MAITLAND DRIVE
WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Alameda hes filed with the Council
his certificate of acceptance, certifying that Heafey-Moore Company, a corporation, has
completed the work of improving Maitland Drive from a point about 3450 feet south of
the Bay Farm Island Bridge, southeasterly about 5455 feet to the City Limits line
between Alameda and Oakland; consisting of resurfacing the present pavement, and other
incidental work, and that said work has been done and the improvements have been com-
pleted in full compliance with the contract entered into between the City of Alameda
and said Heafey-Moore Company, on July 10, 1936,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that
the work performed by said Heafey-Moore Company in the improvement of said Maitland
Drive under said contract be, and the same is hereby, accepted.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of November,1936, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
