APPROPRIATING 0500 FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT.
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars (500) be, and ie hereby appropriated to the use of the Police Department of
the City of Alameda for the fiscal year 1936-37, and for the purposes specified in the
annual budget Account 26-U, the same to be in addition to the amount heretofore appro-
priated for the use of said department in the annual budget for 1936-37.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the said sum of Five Hundred Dollars (1500) be, and is
hereby transferred from the unappropriated and unexpended balance remaining in tbe con-
tingent fund of the City, budget account 70-B, to the credit of said account 26-U, and
the Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and instructed to make the necessary
transfers on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of December, 1936, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Calcutt, Krumb, Maurer, Weichhart and President Eschen,
(5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
