RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2122.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No. 2122
of this Council, passed on December let, 1936, be and the same is hereby rescinded
and declared of no further force or effect.
I, the undersigned: hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution wes duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of December, 1936, by the following vote, to wit:
