AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREK/ENT WITH DEFARUMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS CF TEE STATE OF CAlIFORNIA
WHEREAS the Department of Public Works of the State of California has
forwarded to this Council a certain form of agreement entitled. "First Supplemental
Memorandum of Agreement for Expenditure of 1/4 Cent Ges Tax on State Highways,"
providing for the expenditure of the City of Alameda's share of the 1/4e' per
gallon of gas tax allocation for the current biennium, tc be jointly executed by
the City of Alameda and said Department of Fublic Works, which agreement is submitted
to this Council at this meeting,
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIJ.LEDA that
the terms and conditions of said agreement be approved, and the Mayor of the City
of Alameda be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute in duplicate, and
the City Clerk to attest, the aforesaid agreement on behalf of, and as the act and
deed of, the City.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of January, 1937, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Calcutt, Krumb, Maurer and Weichhart and President
Eschen, (5).
NOES: Noue. ABSENT: None.
