RESOLUTION NO. 2142
AUTHORIZING CECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREMENT WITH
DEPMJIalarTT OF PUBLIC WORKS CF TIM STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
EAS the Department of Public Worka of the State of California has forwarded
to 'this Council a certain form of-agreement'eutitled"First-Supplemental'Memorandum of
teement for Expenditure, of 1/4 Gent Gas-Tax on Streets of yeajorImportance,r providing ,for
theexpenditureaof the City of:Alameda's Share-ofathe 1/40,Per gallonof,e4s tax alloca-
tIon,for the current biennium, to be jointly executed by the City of Alameda and said
Department of Public Works, which agreement is submitted to this Council at this meeting,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
terms and conditions of said agreement be ayeroved, and the Mayor of -the City of Alameda
be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute in duplicate, and the City Clerk
to attest, the aforesaid agreement on behalf of and as the act and deed of, the City.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourn-
ed regular meeting assembled on the 23rd day of February, 1937, by the following vote,
to wit:
