TRANSFERRING 43,092.21 FROM CONTINGENT FUND
ACCOUNT 70-B TO POLICE RADIO EQUIPMENT FUND,
ACCOUNT 126-E.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of
0,092.21 be, and the same is hereby transferred from the Contingent Fund,
Account 70-2 to Police Radio Equipment Fund, Account 126-E, and the Auditor
and the Treasurer of the City are instructed to make the seid transfer on
their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled en the 20th day of April, 1937, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
