SALARIES.
RESOLVED BY ERT OOLNUIL OF THE CITY OF ALREEDE that Edward E. Jordan and
George A. Ticsulet, Certified Public Accountants doing business under the firm. name
and style of Jordan & Ticoulet, re and they &re hereby appointed as accountants for the
City of Alameda. for the fiscal year 1957-1935, for the purpose of investigating the
transactions and auditing the books and accounts of 211 offices and officers of the
City, in accordance with and es more fully specified inoSection 3-7(c) of the Charter
of the City of AiRmeda adopted by vote, of the people at an election held on the 29th day
of April, 1937;
RESOLVED FURTEER that the compensation of said Jordan Ticoulet for their
services to Le rendered to said it during the fiscal year 1937-193B in auditing the
books and accounts of all the offices and officers of the City es aforesaid be, and the
same is hereby fixed at the sum of '05 per month, payable at the and of euct calendar
month; provided that such monthly sum shall not be deemed to include compensation for
cny services rendered by said firm to the Public Utilities Board of the City under
employment by said Loard. 1.s port of the services reeniree, to be bezformed under said
Section 3-7(c) tte said accountants shall maintain a procressive audit 8nd shall render
the Council a monthly cash audit, accomhanied by e monthly budget statement, and shall
render a complete annual report and audit es of June 30, 193B, In the event that the
City should require special audits, or services in addition to those herein and in said
Section 3-7(c) specified, said accountants shall be compensated therefor et the per diem
rate of E25.00.
RESOLVED =TREE that a contract of employment, Inc accordance with the terms
herein specified, be drawn and that the Mayer and City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized respectively to sign and attest the sumo on behalf of the City.

regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of ni1see in adjourned
regular meeting assembled on the 29th. dsy of June, 1937, by the following vote, to wit;
