(1000.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from the General Fund to the
Initiative Relief Fund as an advance until such time as the amount apportioned to this
Fund in the budget shall become available from the. second installment of taxes.
The Auditor and .the Treasurer are authorized and. directed to make tae
necessary transfers r, heir resnective books.
