APPOINTING GEORGE S. WILLIAMS MEMBER OF
CITY PLANNING BOARD
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination
of the Mayor, George S. Williams is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
City Planning Eoard, for a term expiring an June 30, 1941.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City. of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of August, 1937, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Morris and President Weichhart,(4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Maurer, (1).
