FIXING THE RkTE 3D LEVYING k TAX 3 ALL REAL AND
RERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE
313C AL YEAR 1937-1938, AND APPORTIONING THE SAME
AMONG THE SEVERAL FUNDS OF EDE CITY.
RESOLVED that the rate of city taxes to be levied for the fiscal year begin-
ning July 1, 1937, and ending June 30, 1933, upon all property assessed for taxation
within the corporate limits of the City of Alameda on the basis of the valuation there-
of ac shown b3 the assessment roll in the office of the City ssensor of said City be,
and the same as, hereby fixed at one hundred and sixty-eight cents (168/) on each one
hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of said property; and
RE iT YU:RYDER RESOLVED that a tax in the total amount of One and 36/].00
Dollars (l.68) be, and the same is, hereby fixed and levied for the fiscal year 937-
1938 on each and every One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of all taxable
property, real and personal, within the corporate limits of said City, for the purpose
of raising the necessary revenue for said fiscal year; and
81 .T FURTHER RESULTED that said tax, and the moneys arising therefrom, when
collected, shall be, and the same are hereby appropriated to and apportioned among the
several funds, and each special purpose and bonded indebtedness of the City, as
follows:
