RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TO9 CITY 01 ALAMEDA that the specifications for
furnishing oho Cab Steel Body Dump Truck for the City. of Alameda, filed in the office
of tha City Clerk on September 21, 1937, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESCLVED PURITNA that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed
bids up to the hour cf 5:00 o'clock. P.M. on Tuesday, the It day of October, 1937, for
furniohing to the Citv of lame of one Cat Steel Body dump Truck in accordance . meth
said specifications, to which reference is hereby made for full details and descripthon.

Proposals shall specify net delivered rice to the City of Alameda at the
Corporation Yard in said City. The Trice bid iouat include all state and federal
taxes. Dellveries shall be made to the City within thirty uays alto the execution of
contract.
Tha City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the Alaveda Times-Star
a notice eallins for sealed bids in accordance with this provislons of this resolution
and of said spacifications.
