PROVIDING FOR SEMI-MONTHLY PAYMENT OE SALARIES OF
0a OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES
RESOLVED NY THE COUNCIL (1? THE CITY OF ALAMMA that all salaries of city
officials and employees in the regular employ of the City cf Alameda, whether fixed on
monthly or daily basis, shall be payable, in arrears, on the fiteenth and on the last dai
of each calendar month; provided, that when any such day falls on a legal holiday,
paymant shall be made on the next preceding business day.
This resolution shall be effective on and after December 1, iM.J37.
The provisions of any resolutions beretofore adotted and in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly ihtrcduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of November, 1937, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart,
NOES: None.
BSENT: one.
