FIXING SALARY OF OFFICE DEPOTY IN OFFICE CF
THE -EDI_OR AAil ASSESSOR.
RESOLVED by the Council of the City cf Alawbda that the salary
of the Office Deputy in the office of the Auditor and Assessor be, and the
same ise hereby fixed at the sum of Cne Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars
(4175.00) per month, effective as of and after Decehber 1, 1937.
BE 11 FURESR RESOLVED that all portions cf Resolution. No. 2197
in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded.
I, the undersigned, tereby certif y at the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Obuncil of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of November, 1937, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maure , Morris and President Weichhart,
