ADOPTINU SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING AUTOMOBILES TO
POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CALLING FOR
BIDS AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SAV,
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that tbe specifications for
furnishing three standard two door sedans to the City of Alameda, filed in the office
of the City Clerk on November 16, 1937, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed
bids up to the hour of 6:15 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, the 7th day of December, 1937,
for furnishing to the City of Alameda of three standard two door sedan automobiles in
accordance with said specifications, to which. reference is hereby made for full details
and description. Bids shall be delivered to the City Clerk of said City at the City
Hall in Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the Alameda Times—Star a
notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and
of said specifications.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and reguierly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda is regular
meeting assembled on the 16th Lay of November, 1937, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
