ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING AUTOMOBILE TO
FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CALLING FOR
BIDS AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF ALAYEDA that the specifications fcr
furnishing one standard five window coupe to the City of Alameda, filed in the office
of the City Clerk on November 16, 1937, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed
bids: up to the hour of 8:15 o'clock P.M. an Tuesday, the 7th day of December, 1937, . for
furnishing to the City of Alameda of one standard five window coupe in accordance with
said specifications, to which reference is hereby made for full details and description.
Bids shall be delivered to the City Clerk of said City at the City Hall in Alameda,
California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the Alameda Times-Star
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said specafications.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 16th day of November, 1937, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Merris and President Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
