RESOLUTION 00 ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION.
RESOLVER; BY TRE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALIN:IDi that that certain deed of
.grant, dated March 19, 1937, and executed by Hermann Krusi and Ida M. Krusi, his wife,
conveying to the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, all that certain reel property
situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and particularly
described as follows:
All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, b, o, 7, S, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14,
in Block 23, as said lots and block are delineated and so
designated. upon the original Town of Alameda, Map by ;Tames T.
Stratton, filed in the office of the County Recorder .of said
Alameda County,
for park and/or playground purposes only, be, and the same is hereby accepted, and the
said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said grantee, hereby consents to the
recordation of said deed of grant and orders this resolution to be attached thereto, as
required. by Section 11O8 of the Civil Code of the State Df California.
