WHEREAS heretofore the City issued its warrant No. 947, dated August 7, 1935,
in the sum of 49.59, payaLle to the order of Transit Concrete, Co., and
WHEREAS said warrant Las not Leen presented for eayent, and
WHEREAS the CELe has been informed ty said Transit Concrete Co that the City
is not indebted to said company,
NOW IT:ERE:TORE IrZ TT REEDILED' P,Y TUE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that tie
aforesaid warrant is hereby cancelled, and the Auditor is authorized and directed to
make the necessary entry in his books.
