dated January 4th, 19SO, and executed by FILTH E. CORNICK and APNCTR i. CFI 012, her
husband, and H. R. OPETH and BEFTHA E. 000111, his wife, conveying to the City of Alameda,
a municipal corporation, an easement ard right of way to establish, construct and
maintain for all time a public conduit for storm and drainage purposes in, through, or
and along a certain strip of land in said indenture described, be, and the samo is
hereby accented, and the said City Counbil, acting for and in behalf of said grntee,
hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture, and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto, as required by Section 1.158 of the Civil 20,dm of the State of
California.
