EJTEREAO, BUTT" E. CORNIGIS end AFIGOLD E. CORNICE, her husband, have by indenture
dated januory 4, 1,336, granted and conveyed to the City of Xiarecia an. eosement and right
of way for the construction and maintenance of a. bublic conduit for storm and drainage
purposes in and along a strip of land in said indenture described, and
WHEREMO a conduit . in and along said easement and might of way be so
constructed that mare will carry storm and drainage waters from suhlTic streets now under
the jurisdiction of the City: and also strob and drainage waters from land owned by said
Fbth E. and. Arnold. E. Corniclz, and
WHIFIELS, said Filth E. GortAck and Arnold E. Cornick are willing to )0 onp-

behalf of said City, a contract with. said Ruth Cornick and. Arnold E. Cornick,
providing for the payment of the cost of construction. and installation of said public
conduit in accordance with the freamble of this: resolution, said conttoct to be sub-
stantially in fie frnau submitted to this. Council at this meeting.
