TRANSFERRTNG 41,235.34 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE SCHOOL DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT 66
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the appropriation made
for the School Department for the fiscal year 1937-38, as set forth in the annual
budget adopted by this Council September 7, 1937, by its Resolution No. 2194, be end
the same is hereby increased in the sum of 41235.34.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the sum of $1235.34 be, and is hereby transferred from
tie General Fund to the School Department Account No. 56 and the Auditor and Treasurer
are hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer on their respective books.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meet-
ing assembled on the 18th day of January,1938, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Maurer, Morris und President Weichhart, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Carrington and Godfrey, (2).
