DIRECTING TBE CITY CLERK TO ALVERTISE FOR
OEALED BIDS NOR CONCESSION PRIVILEGES
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,',LAMEDA that the City Clerk of
said City is hereby authorized and directed to publish in the Official Newspaper
of said City e notice calling for bids for the right to operate concession privileges
in Washington Park, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the
specifications therefor entitled "Specifications for Operating Refreshment Concession
in Washington Park for the period commencing May 1, 1936 and ending April 30, 1939,"
which specifioations are hereby approved and adopted and ordered filed with the
City Clerk.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the forefoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of April, 1938, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and Fresident
Weichhart, (5).
NOES: None.
SENT: None.
