ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING it- TON PICK UP TRUCK
TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CALLING fOR RIDS AND DIRECTING THE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SAE.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the specifications for
furnishing one * ton pick up truck to the City of Alameda, filed in the office of
the City Clerk on April 5, 1938, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:15 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, the 19th day of April,
1938, for furnishing to the City of Alameda one ton pick up truck in accordance
with said specifications, to which reference is hereby made for full details and
description. Bids Shall be delivered to the City Clerk of said City at the City
Hall in Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the " Times-Star
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said specifications.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular westing assembled on the 5th day of April, 1938, by the following vote,
to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President
Weiehhart, (5).
NOES: None.
