RESOINITION OF ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alamuda that that certain deed
cdf grant, dated April 26, 1939, and executed by Hermann KMusi and Ida M. Krusl,
is wife, conveying te the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, all that
certain roal property situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of California, and particularly described as follows.
Lots 1 to inniusive, in Hlock 15, as said
lots and block are delineated and so designated
upon that certain map entitled, "Map of Alameda,
Surveyud rand Drawn by 0.T.Stratton, 1855" on
file in 'Aber 6 of Maps at page 1, it the office
of the County Recorder of Alameda County,
for park und/or playgrotuid purposes only, be, sad the same to hereby accented,
and the said City Council, acting for and in benalf'of sale grantee, hereby .
consorts to the recordation of said deed of grant end orders this resolution to
be attached thereto, as required by Section 1158 of the Civil Code of the State
of Californla.
