WDFREAS the following described real property situnted in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, to-wit:
Lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ,, 9, 10,11,12,13,14, in Block
Nb. 23, as said lots and. block are delindated and. so designated. upon.
that. certain map entitled, "Map of Alameda, Surveyed. and. Drawn by
J.T.Stratton, 1853" on. file in Liter 6 of Maps, at page 1, in the
offide of the County' Recorder of lillandda County,
has been assessed for dity purtdees for the fiscal year 1037-38, in thu totml sum of
