TRANSFERRING :FUNDS FROM TN} IN LIED TAX FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
OF TEE CITY.
WHEREAS certain moneys have been deposited in the In Lieu Tax Fund pursuant
to the provisions of Resolution No. 2184, adopted by this Council on July 20, 1937, and
WHEREAS the sum of ;122,214.19 has been exrended from the General Fund of the
City for the purposes authorized in the Act referred to in said Resolution, no follows:
In connection with the operation and
maintenance of the Police Court . . :11500.00
In connection. with the operation and
maintenance of the Police Department:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAPELA that the
sum of $22,214.19 be and the sEme is hereby transferred from the In Lieu Tax Fund to
the General Fund of the City, and 're Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to make said transfer on their respective books.
