TRANSFERRINU FUNDS FROM THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
CONTROL FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS certain moneys have been delivered to and received. by the City of
Alameda from the State of California, and deposited in the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Fund, pursuant to the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (Statutes 1935,
Mc. 1123, as amended) and the provisions of 'Resolution No. 2212 adopted by this Council
December 7, 1937, and
WHEREAS there has been expended from the General Fund of the City, solely
for the purposes specified in said Act and in said iiesclution, the aura of 46084.34 in
connection with the operation and maintenance of the Police Department and 42000.00
'in connection with. the opemation and maintenace of the Police Court, or a total of
$8084.34,
NOW THERITORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the sum of ,18084.34 be and the same is hereby transferred from the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Fund to the General Fund of the City, an the Auditor and Treasurer are
hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer on their respective Looks.
I, tie undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 28th day of June,1938, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrinnton, Godfrey, Maur or and President Weichhart,(4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Morris, (1).
