7RAUSFE13RIHG ',P50,00 FROM THE LIBRaY FUND TO THE GENERRI FUND
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALALA that the sum of $5000
be, and the same is hereby transferred from the Library Fund to the General Fund
of the City, as repayment for an advance made from said General Fund to Reid
Library Fund pursuant to the terms of Hesolution No. 2185 of this Council, passed
on July 20, 1257.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby directed to make said transfer on
their respective books.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned recular meeting assembled on the 28th day of June,1938, by the
following vote, to wit:

AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer and President Weichhart,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Morris, .(1).
